I am a psychologist working in Solution-Focused Therapy, a psychotraumatologist, and a therapist in training in cognitive-behavioral approach.

My approach to working with clients is based on empathy, listening, and creating a safe space where you can express your feelings and thoughts. I believe that every person has the potential for growth and healing, and my role is to support the client on this journey. My professional experience includes working with people with various needs and challenges, including those related to depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is based on various techniques (SFBT, cognitive-behavioral techniques, including ACT, SST).

A session lasts 50 minutes.
The cost of a session is 50 euro (payable by transfer, cash, or BLIK).
